Tim Hortons - Vancouver, British Columbia

The past 3x I’ve been here it takes ridiculously long. Even if you order pickup on the mobile app the food/drink is cold and unappetizing. Honestly the staff don’t really seem to care. It seems there’s only 2 crew members working, which isn’t idle considering commercial drive is usually a ... very busy street. Overall I recommend somewhere else for brunch unless you don’t mind waiting half an hour for mediocre food and service. Read more

Ordered through skip the dishes. Mold on muffin. Bun for sandwich fell apart instantly. Had the taste of being thawed and frozen again. Doughnut was packed poorly. Feedback is often given to Tim hortons with no improvement.

Good coffee and doughnuts for a very reasonable price! I have been visiting Vancouver for 10 days now and this is my fifth Tim Hortons. I know what to expect and it has been delivered consistently.

I have come here many times over the years. I really don't think they have enough staff. The workers are probably doing what they can but important aspects of running a half decent coffee go out the window quickly. I feel bad for the workers as often I only see ... one girl working trying to deal with a bigger line up for at 20mins at a time. I personally got food poisoning from the veggie wrap. I really felt bad for at least 24hrs after eating it. I highly suggest you just get donuts & coffee here and not "fresh made" items because the food safety here seems minimal. Read more

Ordered online ahead of time, arrived at restaurant and waited for 10 min before having to ask if my order was ready. I was told it was not, waited another 5 min until another employee came over and informed me the bag in front of me that I had been ... inquiring about, was in fact mine. Literally standing in front of my order for 20 min before one of three people were able to connect the dots. I don't expect perfection but common sense will take you very far if you allow it.
