Tim Hortons - Vancouver, British Columbia

I've been to many Timmy's in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley region but this one's location atmosphere feels unclean. Perhaps it has to do with the the building as this Timmy is situated in a shared suite with another restaurant that is closed. The place just feels old, outdated ... and doesn't feel clean. The staff are ok at best I felt. The last time I ordered a box of muffins and the person who took my order also packed the muffins. She didn't ask me which ones I wanted and just packed whatever she wanted. They always ask which ones a customer desires but this girl didn't. When I asked if I could choose she seemed turned off, no apology. She came off as rude and unpleasant. Management should try and oversee the employee attitudes since they are the front face of Tim Horton's. They also don't have a great selection like a lot of the other Tim Horton's I've been too. WORST SERVICE EVER! I love Tim’s (no question to that). My friends and colleagues talked a lot about this location for being dirty and questionable service. Regardless, I bought lunch and unexpectedly experience the same problem. @Vancouver Coastal Health, I guess you might need to check this place for the welfare ... of everyone (including the employees). People working in there are not enthusiastic or even passionate on what they are doing (it can tell by their faces and grumpy actions)..it is sad because location wise is so perfect for a greater purpose to serve more! BAD SERVICE! GET NEW WORKERS. ASK FOR HONEY DIP! Nothing else and I got. Still stand by this, workers are so unprofessional, rude, and don't get the order right when I asked. Need training more or find new workers!

As soon as I walk to the counter, I am treated with unfathomable disrespect. While trying to be polite when ordering, the worker is sassy and acts like she wants me gone. This has happened on several occasions. Both me and my friend come in on Saturdays for lunch, and ... it is a struggle to get the right order. I’m pretty confident that this is a result of the staff not knowing the menu very well as each order is wrong in one way or another. To speak on the atmosphere, a lingering stench of urine is always there as well as revolting messes on the floors. No care is put into their responsibilities and customers are never welcomed. The place looked dirty and dark. Service and staff were great. Food quality was awful. My hash brown was stale and the eggs on my b.e.l.t. were overcooked. The yolks were grey, totally turned off my appetite
