Tim Hortons - Vancouver, British Columbia

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited in my life! The loaded cilantro chicken wrap I ordered tasted horrible and completely different from the same wrap I've had at other locations. To make matters worse, my husband’s wrap had a bone or something hard inside (we didnt ... get what was that). The staff forgot to add a muffin to my order, which I only realized after I had left the store, and I didn't want to go back for it. My iced coffee, which I requested with less syrup, was super sweet to the point that I couldn’t even drink it. The only edible item from my order was the French vanilla coffee (half coffee). The store itself was really dirty too. I know it’s located near a SkyTrain station and there are some homeless people around, but that is no excuse for not cleaning the shop regularly. I'm scared even to think about the cleanliness of the kitchen stations here! I also want to mention the appearance of the staff working there. One of the employees had multiple dirty stains on her t-shirt, which is completely unacceptable for someone working in the food industry! Good coffee and doughnuts at a very reasonable price. You know what you will get consistently at Tim Hortons! ♿ Good access with push button automatic doors. Takeout only. No seating inside.

Worst service. Food was served in a very very poor way. 2 girls working there and was working casually like at home and a huge line up. I would suggest just stay at home if doesn't feel like working. I stop at tim's to get my coffee every night before work the service is good they get my coffee order right every time. The staff that works friday and saturday night she knows how i like my coffee and she gets my coffee right everytime. It's Tim Hortons & I've yet to be or get disappointed with the food, the donuts & the coffee served day & night here. I can visit a Tim Hortons anywhere in Canada & needn't worry about the food & the service because they're generally all the same.
