Love this place! Staff is always super friendly and attentive. I appreciate that they have plenty of seatings and offer wifi. It is conveniently located next to the park and they even offer cookies to dogs.

It’s ok. Not outstandingly delicious coffee nor sandwich, but definitely not bad. The sandwich was a bit bland - tomato, Bocconcini, & arugula. Which are all tasty but in a sandwich needed a spread or dressing to tie it all together. While it was pre-made there was still freshness.

I enjoyed this cafe 3 times in 2 days. The breakfast sandwich and veggie havarti sandwich were amazing!! They are assembled ahead of time so it’s pretty quick. Great flavour and freshly grilled. My iced coffees were not completely mixed (a bit of cocoa in my mocha and some ... globs of honey in my latte), but still tasted great. Very friendly people inside. Nice options for grocery as well. Indoor and outdoor places to eat, plus it’s right at a park. Read more

I've been here a number of times. Quaint place to have a latte and a treat. Roomy on the inside and has a great atmosphere. Has the usual necessities (milk, eggs, snacks) for a corner grocery... including dog and cat food! Neighborhood has been going through gentrification for years now. Still ... feels a bit on the edge. But I never have reservations walking and exploring the neighborhood. Read more

We came across this corner store/coffee shop/cafe while walking in the Strathcona area of Vancouver Eastside, near Chinatown. I stopped in to check it out and purchased an iced herbal tea. It was very refreshing and distinctive; I really liked it! They also have grocery items, a coffee menu, wraps, ... baked goods… We’ll be back to check out what else…very cute and definitely has neighborhood vibes. Read more
