Starbucks - Vancouver, British Columbia

Today, I experienced the worst service ever. The cashier was ok but the woman who made my coffee gave me the coffee without lid. looked mad at something. She added tap water in my coffee and the taste sucks!!! I even paid my tips! will never visit again. good-bye!

Slowest Starbucks ever. They make great coffees, but they take forever to do anything here. Even when it isn’t busy in the slightest. My average wait time for a normal day has been 12-18 minutes, kinda ridiculous.

Honestly. Whoever worked the evening shift is not a great person. (The day shift people are amazing people though, they are all sweathearts and hard workers.) Literally had to argue with the person at the evening shift there who I don’t think was a manager or supervisor. Sitting inside, blasted with hard background music, I and my cup of coffee literally got attacked by at least 3 flies that suddenly appeared. Does anyone responsible for hygiene at all in this shop?
