A cute little place, high quality Japanese teas and amazingly friendly service, very helpful without being pushy. A random stop that was totally worth the visit
We came here after lunch for a place to relax before our next appointment. We ordered an Uji Matcha Tiramisu and Matcha Creme Brulle. I preferred the Tiramisu but my wife enjoyed the Matcha Brulle. Nice quiet corner and would come back to chill here. Not good for kids in ... my opinion. Nothing to do with the store but just not meant for kids. Read more
So many varieties of tea! And the owners make you feel so welcome. All the teapots have knit cozies. Don't forget to try the scones and quiches, they are are delicious!
Cute place and got nice seating for our group to do knitting. Great tea, too! Will visit again!

Walked by looking for Shaktea, but I believe the new name is cafe & life co. Highly recommend. Lots of loose leaf teas (gemmaicha, rose, jasmine oolong) with various combinations with passion fruit, lychee, and yuzu. Plus they can be mixed with soda for a refreshing summer drink! 4 types ... of tiramisu and lots of croissant sandwiches. Not too busy on a Sunday afternoon. Wifi available. Nice patio in the shade!
