The best vegan high tea I've had so far. Everything was delicious! And I loved that all the savory dishes had two servings! The staff is super friendly and they checked in on any dietary restrictions I have in addition to the vegan high tea I'd requested for. Lovely high tea locations, great for special occasions. Definitely make a reservation before - there were a lotttttt of people waiting when I arrived for my 1.30pm reservation on a Sunday. Great little sandwiches and pasties, and each person in your party gets to pick their own flavour of tea and ... gets their own individual pot. Price reflects the experience, in my opinion. It is about $50-60/person but this is cheaper than other high teas in the area. Will comment that parking is very limited, as it is paid street parking. Parking directly in front of the restaurant is much more expensive than parking around the corner. Not sure why. Read more

Wonderful all around. Fantastic gluten free options and high tea. The flavors of the foods were expertly crafted to create a delicious and unique experience and the teas were likewise delectable, with a small but varied selection. The Missus received a treat from her boys and had high tea with her long time friend, Auntie Rose. The Missus arrived early but the Secret Garden filled up quickly. She noted the acoustics was quite loud when the place is full. The service was friendly and they adhere to their 2 ... hour seating time limit. The food was bite size savoury and sweet delights that were more than plentiful for two people. She had enough for a take away so that the hubby could consume at home. I love this place - for High Tea or just a quick cuppa and a snack (all I had time for on my latest visit)! It is so pretty. They have an excellent selection of fine teas, including some special and exclusive blends. Their food is sublime. I ... usually enjoy their sweet scone with cream and jam. Late in the afternoon, they had no more. But my server suggested a cheese scone, which came warmed and was large and heart-shaped! It was delicious. My only (mild) criticism is that it can be quite noisy when the tearoom is full or if there are a few large groups. If more was to be done (e.g., with wall coverings?) to absorb sound, it would be absolutely perfect. Read more
