Great coffee served up in one of the best cups I’ve seen around. This particular location is cool as in its a coffee shop in the front and a roaster/warehouse in the back.

I love this location and the wide, open seating. I use to frequent this place regularly for a coffee break at work. The staff are lovely. Food is good. It's never overly full of people and kinda tucked away. Perfect place to go and have a conversation or get some ... work done. Also a great cup of java! The 5th Avenue roast is the best coffee I've had in Vancouver! Flat whites just like NZ makes them :) They're also accommodating enough to grind the beans I bought as I don't have an espresso grade grinder, excellent service and great price for amazing coffee !

I came here for a latte as I tried latte in other cafes in this neighbourhood. When I came into this coffee shop, the server or barister was very friendly. I ordered a latte from her and chatted a little. There was no customers at noon, so she did not need ... to rush to make the latte for me. The latte tasted great and its thickness was about right although the presentation was not great. I concerned more about the quality. It didn't disappoint me. They placed some samples of two types of banana bread on the counter. One was a regular banana bread. But it was too sweet (too much sugar). The other one was a vegan one. If she did not tell me it was banana bread, it totally did not look like banana bread and did not taste like banana bread at all. I understood some vegan food had different texture and flavour on some baked goods but this vegan banana bread didn't taste banana bread at all unfortunately. I hope the barista would let their suppliers know about the regular and vegan banana bread, so the suppliers could improve on their quality. In terms of parking, that area is like a commercial and business area, so it's harder to find Street parking. You may park far away and walk to this coffee shop. There is a big area inside the coffee shop that people can sit and chat when they have coffee. But the interior design is not as good as the other ones in Stevenston Village and Yaletown. I've had a few bags of their beans and quite enjoyed them. This location is a bit odd. Their Steveston spot has all the flash. I'll drive by for beans though!
