Our second time to this small eatery, shared with Eggstatic. Their croissant was light, flaky, and buttery, just the way I like it. And the Avocado Breakfast Sandwich was very good. Good place to go for a matcha latte. Well prepared drinks in a very modern designed space. This place is now bad. Owner reduced the seating areas and now so crowded. Never coming here again. This is honestly the best Café I have ever been to in my whole life. The venue is now not only just a coffee shop, but with a tea shop sharing the space. You get the best of both worlds! I came here to affent ACN (Asian Creative Network) group, which ... is a branch off of Subtle Asian Traits. The venue is amazing, with great interior design. I literally spent 5 minutes admiring the shop. The owner and staff are such nice people. They were my favorite part of the Café. Amanda, the owner has worked hard to open this shop of hers. The cafe you see now is all the hard work she and her team have put in. Matthew, one of the baristas there was so gracious to us, even allowing us to stay past closing time. If you want customer service, you'll be flooded by the quality. (he's a fellow weeb 😁 so don't be afraid to talk anime to him!) Both of them were so kind to us, and even gave us a little goodies to take home. I loved this place so much. The barista and the owner were so pleasant and nice. They helped me with directions to nearby attractions. The place was nice and had lovely decor. The latte was presented with artwork and it was hot. Overall, great experience and lovely cafe.

I came here for breakfast and lunch as I worked in this neighbourhood. Their breakfast made my day! Breakfast combo - drip coffee and a fresh maple walnut muffin at $4. The coffee beans were medium roast from 49th Parallel. The coffee was a bit sour as I expected. It ... tasted good as I mixed it with cream and sugar. The best part was the maple walnut muffin that was freshly baked from their oven in the morning. It smelt so good and tasted excellently. It was the best combo that went very well with the 49th parallel coffee! The surface of the muffin was crispy but once you split the muffin, it was so soft inside!! 😋 I also came here for lunch the following day. I ordered their Porto’s avocado, bacon and egg sandwich. It tasted great! The buns were crispy outside and soft inside with lots of black sesames outside as well. What a coincidence that it was such a gorgeous day that the sun went through the windows at Porto Cafe. I was sitting there and enjoying my lunch. It was perfect!
