This used to be the best bingsoo out of dozens of places we tried globally. Unfortunately this is what we were served today. Zero fresh mango, just some amputatingly sweet mush. The staff was kind enough to refund us. Second pic is what we expected.

I’ve been coming here for years and just ordered the Tiramisu bowl and it doesn’t come with the shot of espresso or the big cake on top and it also tasted awful. I've a long time do not go there. I love to have a Korean style dessert. So I have o tried new favor "Yuzi" ice bowl. I love the yuzi refreshing taste and did not be too sweetie. It's very suitable for Asian style.

I used to be a big fun of this place but today I noticed that they decreased the amount of fruits for shaved ice. This is what I got today. I came here with a friend to try their shaved ice! I don't think they have the toasts on their menu anymore (although the person who took our order mentioned they were out of stock of a few things, so maybe that was one of the things that was greyed ... out on the menu) - it was just shaved ice, cake slices, and drinks. The menu as it is still offers lots of options. I was sorely tempted by the beautiful carrot cake in the display, but I had my heart set on shaved ice, so I got the injeolmi snow and an americano to offset the cold dessert in the cold weather. The shaved ice was very creamy, and I enjoyed the nutty flavour of the liberal dusting of soybean powder and red beans with the chewy mochi. There was one big mochi ball on top but I was surprised by how many smaller mochi pieces were mixed in. They definitely did not skimp on toppings for either my shaved ice or for my friend who got the mango snow. My americano actually exceeded my expectations, it was pretty strong and had a rich flavour. Order at the counter and they'll call out your order when it's ready for you to pick up.
