Our Town Cafe - Vancouver, British Columbia

Our town cafe is a wonderful cafe located on Broadway and Kingsway, staff were cheerful and friendly, coffee is affordable and really good, food excellent and very reasonably priced. A fabulous place for breakfast, too.

Very clean and welcoming cafe with social distancing. The staff member at till was friendly and recommended their cacao latte. Delicious with the subtle bitter taste of dark chocolate with an extra touch of honey. I do agree that the prices are a bit steep for the small size of ... their specialty drinks, but if you plan to stay and enjoy the ambience, it would add to the experience. Read more

First time today. I found my 4 shot Americano good. The banana bread loaf was good but a little dry. The prices are up there. The service was friendly and the barista was cute so added bonus. I found they had great seating as in no school desks or old ... hard church pews to try to fit into or sit on and reflect on your unpleasant childhood 😉 overall I will be back. The design is modern and minimalistic all done in black and white tones. The place ... is full of natural light that contributes to the relaxing atmosphere with light music on the background perfect for work and chill. There is a cozy area with pillows and coffee tables. Great variety of pastries especially scones and muffins. They serve Timertrain Coffee Roasters beans. not only do they serve traditional espresso drinks but also offer specialties like "blue matcha latte" or "Spanish latte". You can even have some booze. This bright location with a sophisticated touch brings with it a good coffee experience; however, I would save the calories and skip the Banana Bread - it was a touch dry. This is one of those cases where I wish there was a 3.5 rating option because everything else was ... lovely. Read more
