We went to Le Marche St George for brunch on a Sunday morning. It's a small corner store with some bar stools and window seating, and a few patio tables outside. They don't have a large menu to choose from but as there aren't many places around that serve French ... crepes, this place had been on my radar for awhile and so I really wanted to try their crepes. Featured here: Three Cheese & Confit Tomato Crepe Nutella Crepe Quiche Pain Au Raisin Iced Lavender Matcha The crepes were pretty good but nothing spectacular. It was the Quiche that turned out to be the showstopper. A lady who was standing in front of us while we were in line recommended the quiche to us, and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation. The quiche had smoked salmon, capers, red onion & herb boursin in it. It was cooked to perfection and my husband said it was possibly the best quiche he had ever had! Pain Au Raisin and the Iced Lavender Matcha were also very nicely done. The Pain Au Raisin was crisp and flaky, and I could definitely taste the Lavender in the Lavender Matcha. This place is quite a hidden gem and I would absolutely come here again! Service: Good Parking: Free parking on the street Read more

Enjoyed the visit! A great small coffee shop atmosphere. A perfect corner coffee shop to have!!! Coffee was great! Medium drak roast drip! Rose Fog tea was steeped well and lightly infused with a hint of rose. Not too sweet. Croissants with spinach was surprisingly tasty. (Perhaps I was hungry as my breakfast ... was at 11am. All in all, definitely worth a visit if you are nearby! Cost: ~$16 for a coffee, a tea and a croissant (Apr 2024) Read more
The place has a retro atmosphere and good service. The place was crowded on a Saturday morning, but the waiting was worth it! The sandwich croissants we tried were crunchy and fresh. We tried ones with Brie and Fig, which of course come with jam. I didn't try "raw" coffee, ... only Mocha and Cappuccino, and they were good. Read more
