We had a wonderful stay at Farimont pacific rim. The space was gorgeous and the room was very nice. We did have an unfortunate expierence at their Lobby lounge but their amazing director of food and beverage heard our concerns, was very available and receptive and provided us with 5 star ... service. Stunning! Gold Floor Lounge had a spectacular view. By far the nicest of the 4 Fairmont Hotels we stayed at on our trip. Also by far the best food and service. Well done, Pacific Rim!

Love everything about this hotel. Stayed 2 nights with my adventure cat Picchu and was super comfortable. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. One of the best hotel experiences! Hotel lobby is beautiful, staff at front desk were extremely kind and helpful, bar was great for a drink and late night snacks.
