Terrible customer service. a male atendee acting extremely rude and passive aggresive ignoring me as a customer and acting snobbish looking away and rude. and no i am not a man hater i love men but i treat those and ask when somethings up. The tea is good but the guy who takes the order is always very rude and unpleasant to talk to. I was also disappointed that they are always out of a lot of topins which are a part of most of the drinks and they won't even let you substitute ... the absent topping with another one for free. The male reception on the afternoon of May 4th is extremely rude. He refused to answer my wife’s question about Lychee drinks ingredient and ignored my son saying “thank you” for the macaroon. Drink was good but very disappointed with the service attitude.

This bubble tea chain offers a variety of flavours. Drink: I had the Jasmine jade green milk tea with grass jelly. The grass jelly had a smooth light texture and there was a lot of it in the cup. Food: The lemon macron looked cute but was a bit stale and tasted like it ... was sitting in the fridge for a while. The lemon jelly filling was on the sweet side so I would not order it again. Ordered all 6 bubbles in total and can’t believe not even one is tasty. I have these drinks in Taiwan and also in Vancouver in different stores . I am never dissatisfied and disappointed with these drinks . I ordered two roasted milk tea and they taste just like water with pearl ... and not much of either milk tea and can’t taste tea flavor. I ordered two milk made of fresh milk for my kinds . They normally would fight over for more . Both of them refused to drink more and ended up in garbage bin. I had a sip and it tasted like water plus water with not so chewy pearls . Also not sure why there’s a tea taste when I ordered fresh milk from Uber . I ordered grapefruit green tea without sugar. All I can taste is this cheap grapefruit syrup and I can barely taste any green tea . Don’t usually leave a review especially when bubble tea was invented where I was from .
