Blenz Coffee - Vancouver, British Columbia

Used to have great coffee Ive given a few chances hoping the next one will be better; Iced caramel macchiato tastes odd. Instead of using the shot glass and pouring over the milk (like you are supposed to) the lady puts the cup of ICE and milk directly under the espresso ... machine....resulting in a watery gross tasting drink. when asked if she can use the shot glass, she says yaa but does it the same way anyways. Service is ok but there hot chocolate is watered down. I'm not sure if the person making it doesn't know how to make it or they decided to skimp on the chocolate chips and milk. It's not rich and creamy as other Blenz locations. And it's not a memory thing ... or change by organization. I ordered the same thing a few days earlier at the Robson location and the quality there is way better. It tastes like every other Blenz location. I've had it twice here and both times were watered down. I get this almost everytime I go to Blenz as it is my treat and both times here have been disappointing that it no longer feels like a treat. My order is always quick and good. Today I came in with a stroller and the kid I nanny and they helped by opening the door for me on my way out which I really appreciated.
