Blenz Coffee - Vancouver, British Columbia

I just tried a Salt Spring Island kombucha its excellent, I had the Ginger flavor but can't wait to try the other flavors!

Great atmosphere and attentive staff. Spent the day working there and it was perfect. The food and coffee tasted delicious, and it was a very warm and welcoming place. Will be going back there for sure.

Meh. Coffee isn’t anything special. Service isn’t all to hot and the ambiance is nonexistent. No music playing or anything really going on here. Coffee is as mediocre as Starbucks or any other basic chain. It doesn’t wow me at all with flavor or aroma and I wouldn’t return.

Blendz Coffee is a great coffe shop. Friendly barristers, great menu and affordable prices. They also have a "back to school" promotion that gets students an extra cup of coffee/drink for every coffee/drink purchase. The sitting area is great and clean. There is a TV, though mute, shows daytime programs, ... and chill tunes and pop songs played at a low volume in the background. I liked the location and the place with the authentic tall walls and decoration, however, the service was not as expected. I was asking constantly for inside coffee shop service which translates to have a cup and a proper plate for pastry and finally after 15 mins of waiting we ... ended up in recyclable cups with a not proper plate for the ordered brownies, and a plastic fork after reasking which even we couldn't cut the brownies with it! Not my usual experience with Blenz! The barista even haven't put the pastry inside the plate and give us the pastry wrap up in napkins inside the pocket, and the plate seperate!
