Im not sure why this place is rated as such. In my experience it is nice and cozy, perfect location. I got good service, the food was very decent and coffee was on point. _Disappointing Experience at Bel Cafe_ Unfortunately, my recent visit to Bel Cafe was a letdown. The food was disappointing and didn't live up to my expectations. Considering the prices, I expected a higher quality and taste, but what I got was an unimpressive and overpriced meal. To make matters worse, the customer ... service was not friendly and welcoming. The staff seemed uninterested in ensuring our satisfaction, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Small cafe in hotel Georgia! Top notch coffee and pastries. My rhubarb and custard danish was so good I could have eaten another one! Very busy place with business crowd and tourists mostly. Cheers to hard working staff who gave us efficient and pleasant service!

$$$$ but I love it as a treat once in a while. Used to be a fan on their other location until they shut it down. Their offerings are top notch yet pricey. Chocolate croissant is my favorite. Unfortunately the roast beef bun is served cold, wish they could at least toast ... the bunny but it's very tasty. Coffee wise they are passable because of strong competition in Vancouver. This is a cozy little cafe located inside Rosewood Hotel Georgia. I had a cappuccino with vanilla syrup, it was perfect, with an intense flavor, and a creamy texture. The breakfast sando , piled with scrambled eggs was perfectly toasted.
