Nitrogen made ice cream is not new, but infusing alcohol brings it to an adult level! The place is bright and surprisingly warm for an ice cream shop (as we were visiting in December). Staff were very friendly and chatty ! Unfortunately, for $8 you definitely don't get what you pay for. The portion is very small. I watched them make my melon ice cream and they simply used powder flavouring and cream. I can get the same thing at a bubble tea shop ... for half the price and double the size. For $8 I'd expect fresh fruit or some fruit dressing. Flavour was very bland, I felt a bit cheated. Would not recommend. [edit] Based on the owners response below, I'm changing this review to a 1 star. You mentioned powdered cream as a low quality, yet you use powdered flavoring? Seems contradictory. You also don't seem to know your own icecream as I did not order watermelon. Lastly, going off tangent and talking about your nitrogen technique has no relevance to my review. Read more

Great choice of flavors, the staff was very friendly. It took pretty long to get the ice cream done, not sure how that works on a busy day but our service was fast.

Super friendly staff. Freshly made ice cream. Unique tast and a must stop for ice cream lovers. Process to make your ice cream takes about 5min. They have 4 stations so plan some time. When I was there it was not so busy so we got served quick.

Amazing ice cream, but the owners were amazing too. Be sure to ask if there are things that are not on the menu. For example I had passion fruit ice cream yesterday which they didn't have listed. What a fun place!
