Wally’s Burgers - Vancouver, British Columbia

The Deluxe Wally was very delicious and was only 10$ with a drink. Order came very fast and staff were polite. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere and the sign outside.

The nostalgia brought me back to Wally’s but I have mixed feelings about this newest iteration. It definitely doesn’t hold a candle to the original Kingsway location, but I don’t think there are many places that can say that these days. On the positive side, the fries were delicious - crispy ... and perfectly salted. The milkshakes were also great. The order came quick and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, while the burger was a messy delight with a lovely bun and crisp toppings, the patty was very obviously frozen and had an unpleasant taste/texture that negated any of the other good parts. So, while 2/3 of the order was good, I wouldn’t want another burger…and that’s not a good thing for a burger joint. Read more

We have been enjoying Wally once a week for six months now. Friendly family owned quick lunch place. Crispy chicken burger without the bun… Tomato and lettuce, chopped as a salad with mayo and onions, and the best, BEST Onion rings in Town…! ( Caesar salad with chicken also available ! )

don’t waste your money here! the girl at the front is very unfriendly and seems to only like white people! it’s 2024 and still racist? wow very unprofessional. too pricey and mediocre burger!! - coming back to what i posted a review a week ago! look how they’re dismissing a customer’s ... personal experience, racial discrimination and telling me what is wrong with me??? is that how you respond on review.. clearly not everyone will have a positive experience and instead of apologizing for the service a customer had, and taking accountability they’re dismissing a racial bias you’ve experienced, what a joke!!! i do not care if you are diverse, fixed your service and treat people fairly! I had the wally mushroom and boy will I say it's nice for the price 8.50 only complaint is its messy and the patty tastes frozen and the onions were kinda just in the middle but it's still very enjoyable especially with that wally sauce I also had a side ... of mac and cheese wedges and they are good for what they are I don't think the price of the wedges we as justified tho 7.50 for 6 deep fried kd mac and cheese the multiple milkshake flavours are very alluring as well as a new resident to the area coming from mission this is a great priced nice hole in the wall restaurant and I am excited to come back Read more
