Deacon’s Corner – Kitsilano Diner - Vancouver, British Columbia

The item I ordered here was perfectly what I was craving. It had the perfect amount of meat, veggie, and carbs. The chicken on biscuit was just delicious to me. I wouldn’t mind going back to try the French toast, it looked fantastic from afar.

Fast and friendly service. The food portions are very generous. This is real diner hangover food. We were able to sit on the patio and have our dog out on the sidewalk.

Awesome local neighbourhood diner/resto/pub. We usually go here with work colleagues for lunch. Food always hits the spot. We usually go for the breakfast menu (for lunch). It’s tasty. Chickens & shrimps cooked perfectly. Garlic bread was very good. Kids love it. We got a good deal from Groupon. Waiter greeted us when we entered, refilled water without asking, checked on us once in awhile. Highly recommended. There is Groupon deal as well.

The service was really good, specially considering that when we went it was a one guy show attending to all the costumers both at tables and the bar. It’s definitely a classic diner. The burgers have great taste, and anything with their pulled pork in it is bound to be a ... hit! They have a wide menu and the serving are pretty decent, going on big.
