UNDERCOOKED PURPLE RICE in my yogurt drink!!! What are they thinking to serve me undercooked rice?? And it happened SEVERAL times! I am a FAN of this drink and almost ordered 3-4 times per week, and guess what, 6/8 my orders served with uncooked purple rice as shown on photos!!! This is ... UNSAFE and VERY UNACCEPTABLE, cus I didn’t give them 1 star at first and let them have 7 more chances to improve the drink quality! But I WAS WRONG, it seems they don’t care much about the quality control and don’t know how to manage their staffs to make it right! This is the 5th TIMES I was served with undercooked rice! This would be my last time to visit any of their store though I really like the flavor of this drink, what a shame! Read more
