My friends and I always past buy this place when we shop at crystal mall. I’ve always wanted to go in, until there was a thanksgiving sale. (Buy 1 get 1 free) The cashier was incredibly confusing. I already gave her a message that I never came here. I asked ... for a milk tea and grass jelly, and for milk tea and pearl. All regular ice and sugar. She kept on asking “crystal jelly?” I kept on replying “No. Grass jelly.” Over and over again until I gave in and said “Sure, yeah” After I got my order. I realized what she meant by “Crystal jelly” I gave it to my brother and kept the pearl milk tea for myself. It tastes great actually, but won’t be going back. Read more

We decided to try a new spot just yesterday as we live just across the street. They were having a special where when you buy one you get the 2nd half off. I had the QQ Milk Tea and I was happy with my decision, it had a please flavour ... and it had a unique crystal pearls. Will definitely come back for more. Read more

One of my favourite local TW tea shops when I'm in the office. Every tea is made fresh and steeped when ordered. No powders are used and the taste is always excellent whether getting your tea hot or cold. Customization of your drink (hot/cold/ice level/sweetness/etc) is also standard as well. Great bubble tea place, it reminds me of home “Taiwan” it taste just like the tea shop in Taiwan, very nice ! It’s clean and service is really nice you can ask to adjust the ice or sweetness, I always ask for less Ice and half sugar! I’ll be back

My friend and I went here Sept 4th, 2018 at 9:45 pm. We asked for 2 Green Milk Teas but we got 2 regular Black Milk teas. My friend does not drink Black tea based milk tea at all, and we also called them ahead to confirm our orders, yet ... they still made them wrong. Furthermore, when we called them back in the phone, the guy was rude about it, repeating "I am 100% sure this is green tea." Me and my friend BOTH worked at crystal mall's bubble tea shop, SO WE KNOW THE DIFFERENCE between these 2 kinds of tea. In the end, the guy even hung up on us....all we wanted was just a simple apology. My friend had to end up throwing the drink away. We are very disappointed in the 2 guy's attitudes. Read more
