Posting from an experience ~5 years ago where the lady who owns this place (Olivia if I recall correctly?) was horrible to me as a customer. Guess she decided she didn't like me and then decided to charge me extra money, more than the written price. Not really ... sure why, I was young and naive but I was friendly to her and her employee. Even her kind employee was confused with the charge but just went along with it (sorry you had to go through that if you read these employee girl :c). Not sure why I accepted it, but I was heavily into the tea community then and didn't want to cause drama. There's a lot of fantastic tea shops around with amazing people & no reason to support this lady to be brutally honest. Cultivate Tea and The Chinese Tea shop are both great and quite close. o5 a little further. Would not recommend taking your business here or learning anything from this "Tea Master". Putting it in quotes because despite calling herself that, even just the employees at o5 have a better attitude and willingness to talk about tea, let alone the owners at the other places mentioned. If you do go here, I recommend only getting leaf to go. There's better people to surround yourself with. Read more
