Customer service needs A LOT of improvement! Pros: - Bubbletea is good and seem to be consistent with other Sharetea. Cons: - The workers are REALLY slow, I literally watched the new guy move his hands slow-mo, it felt like I was watching a TV show and it was a dramatic scene. I guess ... he's new, and lost I guess... so I pretended to look at my phone as I wait for 10 minutes for my drink... although I was the only one who ordered at the time. - I had a free drink to redeem, but it was only for regular size, I was okay to pay the upcharge of $3 but they said cash only because they don't allow card payments at that cost cause it was too low, since I didn't have cash, they didn't allow me to get the upsize. They should have a sign that says that if that is the case. Read more
