The bubble tea that I had ordered. It’s not true with what I told to seller. I told him that I wanna order a strawberry milk tea size Large with 30% ice and 50% sugar, but he made a cup full of 70% ice. Visited here yesterday afternoon, even though I try to avoid coming here as it’s always a 10+ minute wait after ordering. (They must get a lot of online orders.) But I really wanted their white pearls so I committed to the wait. Was disappointed to realize after I had driven ... away that I didn’t receive my white pearls. I recently tried the best bubble tea ever! I ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea and the signature Milk Foam Black Tea. Both drinks were increadibly tasty, I feel comfortable and peaceful in mind. Service is also a plus, they are friendly and professional. I'll definitely be coming back ... for more whenever I get the chance. Read more

I ordered it through Uber Eats. I have no problem with the food, it’s good. But the service is not. Firstly, when the app show “ready to pick up”, I enter the shop and they’re still doing the cake. If you’re not finish it yet, just don’t hit the button. ... Secondly, the order include 2 drinks, 2 waffles, 1 crepe and 1 coin waffle. I ordered same things many times with Uber delivery. They always came with 2 bags, one for the drinks and one for the foods. The waffles have their own bags and one bigger outside. This time I ordered for pick up and they only gave me 1 bag for the drinks and they stapled the waffles bags together. The bags are quite thin and it’s raining so hard. When I came home, one of the bags almost broken. A male staff comment that “it’s cruel to staple like that” but the girl who’s doing my order ignore that. Thirdly, the staffs here speak their own language about the order in front of the customer. I don’t think that’s an appropriate behavior for doing customer service. Read more
