I love David's tea but this is probably the worst location. They don't have the teas out so you can smell them so need to ask the counter every time. Their selection is also very small. I ended up ordering online as they didn't have the stock I was after.

I'm addicted. I don't always have tea, but I love their fruit infusions alot. Great place, but the staff can be a bit full of it sometimes!

The staff are so sweet and super knowledgeable about tea. They keep their products well stocked and the store incredibly clean. And they don't overwhelm you with teas when youre browsing the wall!!

My 6 year old loves this place. It's his "go to" spot. They have lovely teas and last time he had a cotton candy flavored one!!! They have nice hot as well as iced teas with unique flavors. Good in warm or cool weather. Try it!!!

I've been to David's tea on West 4th in Kits four times. Three of the four times I've seen other customers come in the store and being served before me. Two times I was so frustrated by the order of service that I just left the store in ... disgust. I can't go back now because I'm too frustrated at the thought of disappearing when I enter the store. They are quick to give a free sample but don't really make an effort to serve their customers in the order that they arrive. It's too bad because the product is pretty good but the service stinks.
