We had a great time here. Haven’t been drinking bubble tea for a while. This shop made me feel like I’m in Taiwan.

I've ordered from this place twice and both times I've only wasted my money. the first time they sent me the wrong order and the second time they didn't include straws so I couldn't even drink my tea as I had it delivered. the customer service is also useless - ... the only refund they offered was a 2 drink voucher that I had to use within 28 days. horrible location. edit: these 2 incidents happened months apart, the most recent with the straw occurring on May 18. the first was using another account, not under my name. all details have been shared with head office (#51447) and they could not offer a satisfactory refund. I have not been disappointed with a single thing I’ve had from here. Love the regular milk tea with pearls. If looking for something more refreshing their peach and passion fruit slushes (with pearls of course) are also great! Nice little shop and the workers are always friendly.

Our visit to Chatime at Broadway was truly delightful! I indulged in the signature milk tea, while my coworkers savored the Mango QQ and Mango Juice with Pearls and Coconut.
