8090 Fruit Parlour - Vancouver, British Columbia

This place is located on Kingsway near Joyce. It is on the number 19 bus route and about a 10 minute walk from the closest SkyTrain station, which is Joyce. There is a free parking lot here that as well. I've been to this place many times and went there ... tonight again but I've found that the quality of the bubble tea has gone down. I didn't think that they used powder before but I definitely know that they do now. The service here is quite poor as well. I entered the store and there were no other customers but I still waited about 5 minutes for somebody to notice me. There were two employees at the back one of whom was probably preparing something and the other one was just sitting there not noticing me. I would probably hesitate to come back here again. Cut my dinner just for their matcha mile crep cake！Matcha flavor mixed with sweet red bean cant stop eating.....

Soooo yummy!! Love their mango slush with boba and pearls.

Just tried it tonight. Very clean and bright. Bought green milk tea, regular milk tea all with bubbles and it was delicious......better than Coco's. I highly recommend it.

Great tea and good service, highly recommended.
