This is the best late night food ever. I showed up with no clue on what good poutine was. The cashier and I are both Vietnamese so we were cracking jokes until the food was ready. It's the ultimate food, and a gift from our Canuck food gods that combined the delicious fat and melty goodness with rich and salty sauces. Frites (not to be confused with Fritez down the block) does this combination not only well, but takes it to a whole new ... level (or two) and then manages to serve it not only during the bar hours, but also during the day. Food is made to order and fresh, service came not only with a friendly and warm smile, but and attention to details that shows appreciation of just wanting to make you happy with what you are getting! Fair warning what seems like a good idea when you've hoisted a few... . . . Is always a good idea during office hours; with a few caveats. 1) Itis, food fatigue, coma, whatever you want to call it; you will be getting it. 2) Its in the middle of downtown, and it's hours are crazy! Awesome poutine, all flavors looked great. The waffle chicken and pork poutine were amazing.

Took some family here today who have never had poutine and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained all the options for poutine and it was fun. The quality was excellent and I would recomend this place for sure.

Amazing poutine...been around Canada but a tasty poutine like this I have not tried. Amazing experience. The guy was cool, very polite and caring. Food was incredible.
