Watched the Canucks game in the sports bar suite. Nice variety of catered food. The most disappointing item from the food was the fried chicken, it was so dry and could not swallow it. Besides that everything else was good. Fun atmosphere.

Atmosphere is absolutely buzzing! Came here on game day when we were unable to get tickets to the game and it feels like you are part of the game with TVs’ in every corner of the bar. It is also connected to the arena so you can also see/hear the ... game from afar too. Drinks options and prices are practically the same as if you were to go inside Rogers Arena. Although we have dined here a few times where the food was excellent but we were thoroughly disappointed this visit. Firstly we want to state that the service was top notch and they deserve 5 stars always! Our issue was one of the chicken patty (but yet the other ... chicken burger was ok) on the burgers was hard as a puck where a knife could barely cut through it and afterwards my friend felt ill during the concert and the next day. We let our server know the issue and she instantly took the entire entree off the bill with the manager following up which was appreciated. We did not address our other concerns such as the buffalo chicken tenders in the poutine were overcooked and dry, the ceasar salads lacks dressing and the foot long hot dog brioche bun was obviously stale. For the price point they are charging we would now rather dine at one the Parq's eateries near by prior to any Rogers Arena concerts/games. Read more

Came here before the Canucks game the other night. Made reservations and were seated promptly. The Caesars were great, very tasty, but for $18 they better be. Ordered some wings to start and they were delicious, would definitely order them again. But from then on everything went down hill, including the ... service. Had a burger (the Canuck) for dinner… looked amazing, but looks are deceiving… the burger was extremely dry. No moisture / juice from my burger at all… I mean ZERO juices or any kind of moisture other than the ones coming from the condiments. Thank goodness for my water. The fries that came with it were limp and flaccid, either old or sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. My other half had fish and chips, the fish was good but had the same experience with the “chips”. Staff are very hard to get the attention of, had to flag our server down to get another cocktail. (Missing sales right there) We sat with dirty plates and empty glasses in front of us for over 20 minutes. We would have gladly ordered another cocktail or beer had the waitress come by and asked. No acknowledgment whatsoever. When I finally got her attention, I needed the bill as we had to get to our seats. The music is WAY too loud, even for a sports bar! I should not have to scream… and I mean SCREAM, at my company just to be able to talk to them. I have been to many a bar in my time and the music here was more like nightclub volume rather than a bar. For the price you pay, it is way overrated for what you get. Save yourself some money and dine elsewhere before a Canucks game. Read more
