Showed up after kickoff but the host/manager found me a spot. Windows were all open which added to the atmosphere, plus they had plenty of TVs in the perfect places for easy viewing. The atmosphere here is fantastic. If you like sports, this sports bar is the best choice for you. I especially felt comfortable with Luciana as she was very professional and devoted to her work.

1.The service was exceptionally slow, with orders delayed for over an hour. The attendants' only response was that the orders were on their way but were taking longer than expected. While delays might be understandable if the place was busy, that wasn't the case. This affected not just me but ... also those who came with me to enjoy the game. Was in town for the weekend and popped in to watch the tennis. It was already on when I got there, and they were nice enough to put the sound on for me. My bartender, Fabio, was absolutely lovely and friendly. Attentive enough without being annoying, and answered the general questions I ... had about Vancouver as well as the menu. Super helpful. I didn't like this place and I don't plan on going back. I wasn't going to review this place, but I feel like I owe an explanation. First, as soon as I sat down, I spent more than 10 minutes waiting to be served. We realized that ... no waiter would approach our table, so my husband kept raising his hand until he was finally seen and served. Second, as soon as the beer arrived we realized that the beer was bad, because the beer was dull, flat (honey lager). My husband told the waiter why the beer was bad and asked to replace it with another type of beer which this time was good. The second beer my husband ordered was a bottle and it took them a long time to bring the beer. Again after waiting for a while, my husband had to go find a waiter to order his beer again. After a while, the waiter came to our table to ask what beer my husband ordered and it wasn't good, and my husband replied what it was. Later, with some friends, we ordered a pitcher of beer with nachos. Unbelievable, they sent the bad beer, flat. I thought the waiter had come to our table to ask which beer was bad so as not to serve it to anyone else, but they served it to us again knowing that we didn't want to drink that beer. When we asked about the beer he served us, he replied that we couldn't get another type of beer with the nachos, and for this nachos with beer promotion, there are 2 options available. If there is no second option, they should have the decency to serve us another one instead since the Honey lager is not good. To finish the nachos we ordered took forever to get to us. Anyway, everything was bad from the beginning to the end. Because of all this, we didn't pay a tip and when the waiter saw this, he started questioning us. He started by asking how the service was. My husband, embarrassed in front of his friends, didn't want to tell the truth. Then the waiter continues the interrogation by asking what country we are from. Probably to find out which country doesn't pay tips. Anyway, very embarrassing. Just to satisfy the waiter's curiosity, yes, in our country we do pay tips, but if it's terrible service like the one you provided us, we don't pay tips. Maybe that's why the service in my country is so much better than in Canada and the United States. Here, the waiter basically seems to become your best friend only when we ask for the bill.
