Colony Main Street - Vancouver, British Columbia

I recently visited The Good Co on Main Street and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite being promptly seated, I had to wait 25 minutes before a server even acknowledged my presence. The lack of attention and care from the staff was truly unacceptable. It's basic customer service ... to greet and attend to customers in a timely manner, especially when they are visiting for the first time, hungry after a long days work, as well as eager to order. The wait felt like an eternity, and it significantly dampened my dining experience. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but that is no excuse for such neglectful service. I expected better from The Good Co, and this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. Read more

Good food, great atmosphere, the hockey game was on TV. The beer tasted great and the garlic fries were to die for 🤤. Marissa was our server and she was Awesome, 👏🏻 she provided great service. Best spot to watch sports in the heart of main street. This place has enough tvs to help you enjoy whatever sports are on. The staff are always willing to change to make sure everyone is watching what they came for. Their Tapped Out Tuesday special is unbeatable! 4 ... bucks for a 12 oz glass of beer is unheard of in Vancouver. Their Tapped out selection is so vast you won't feel like you've been tricked into coming here. They have great burgers with an option to have tater tots with most dishes. I especially love their loaded tots which is a good substitute for regular nachos. The vibe here is quintessential main street. It's laid back, friendly and an eclectic mix of customers. Expect to have a conversation when sitting at the bar if you so choose. Read more

This is one of my go to happy hour spots on Main. It’s got decent value for happy hour and usually has seats available. The prices are in line with what you would find for a smash burger or chicken burger, they come with fries. It may seem weird, but adding ... slushy to a beer is surprisingly delicious. It’s probably not worth the $2, but damn does it make a beer refreshing. Service is hit and miss. I don’t know if they have enough servers, but sometimes our server would disappear for a while. Trivia night on Monday night was tons of fun. Food and drinks are good too. The chicken wings are on the smaller side but still made fresh. The guacamole and salsa all tasted homemade and fresh as well. Enjoyed the experience.
