Boston Pizza - Vancouver, British Columbia

If I can give 0 stars, I would. It was the Sun Run today. First off, we called the restaurant asking for an approx wait time. He said 15-20mins. So we decide to quickly head over, which we were about 4mins away by walk. We asked the receptionist when we arrived on ... the wait time.. again, he said 15-20mins.. so we put our name n number down. 20mins goes by, he said the table is wrapping up... another 15min goes by... no updates. After 45mins, we asked if we can just get seated in 2 different tables.. they tried to accommodate but another staff member said it won't work. At this moment, the 10ppl booth was ready. We quickly ordered and the fries came out COLD, OILY AND SOGGY. Being a business in downtown, Vancouver, you should know of the major events that are happening in the area that will affect business. Ordered the vegetarian mac'n'cheese and a burger and salad for my son. Food came back and I thought what's this on top of the mac? So I take a bit and it's chicken in breadcrumbs with a hot sauce coating, call the guy over and he apologises and offers to ... take it back etc, but it's crowded and I hate fuss and being centre of attention so I say it's ok and scrape it off. Server is very apologetic and obviously it's not his fault. Then towards end of meal, my 13 yr old asks, is that a mozzie? He has a mosquito on his salad that's obviously came out of the kitchen. Not the end of the world but I won't be back that's for sure. I didn't bother telling the server about mozzie, my wife would have got everything for free but I can't stand the drama. Read more

The pizzas are too basic but not bad, the French garlic fries are sooooo amazing!!!👍🏻 good service and prices ok.

First of all, they don’t even make their own pizza dough, just found out after eating, on the top of that, ordered BBQ chicken pizza Large had very few topping in middle of pizza, rest of the pizza did not even had anything other then cheese and dipping sauce on ... it . Very disappointing considering what we paid for Large pizza. Posting these pictures as a proof, The place is understaffed or poorly run as manger or someone keeps yelling/telling stuff what to do every two minutes. I think I won't go back to this place again. The taste of the food, the timing and our waiter were very good, but as soon as I started eating, I found hair in my food. Really Boston Pizza? That was very disappointing. I didn't want to make a scene ... and ruin everyone's appetite, so I didn't say anything. Then, my friend asked for a box to take the leftover with her, and 10 minutes later, we found out the red color of the pizza box had stained her shirt.
