We absolutely love this restaurant. My boyfriend and I came for our 1 year anniversary and we're so happy we did. They accommodated our request for window seating and our server Zoe was very kind, quick, and knowledgeable. We always love a complimentary bread as that's very rare nowadays. The ... arugula salad was very refreshing (just make sure to get parm on it for extra flavor), the steamed mussels with rosemary garlic tomato & cream were to die for (the sauce was one of the best things I've ever tasted), and the Carbonara was perfect. Very good portions for the price, and a very cute and cozy ambiance. Only thing they could use it air conditioning. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be coming back. Read more

One of the best Italian restaurants in Vancouver for sure. It’s a small classy restaurant with a beautiful ambience. Perfect for a night out with friends or even a cute, romantic date night. The food is AMAZING. And the quality is large enough to share. My friends and I typically order ... family style so that we can eat a lot of different dishes, which I would highly recommend. You can’t go wrong with any of their pastas or pizzas . The pizzas are so late and fluffy, and their mozzarella is homemade which definitely comes across. The tiramisu is to die for and the perfect treat at the end of a busy week! Again a very generous helping so you can get one to share. The food here is amazing! The flavors in the sauces are delicate and distinct elevating each bite of food. The special that I got, lobster and crab ravioli, was exceptional. Italian Restaurants are quite plentiful in downtown, so you have a selection to choose from. Somewhere between casual and fine dining, Zefferellis has been a staple on Robson for as long as I can remember. Situated up a flight of dark and gloomy stairs, you would think you're going to an ... after hours party, not an eatery. But I digress. Zefferellis is famous for having tasty generous sized portions matched with reasonable prices. Throw in a very chill ambiance and the complimentary bread and tomato dip {bread is hit or miss, ranging from soft to rock hard}, and you've got a more than viable option for dinner. They are smart enough not to overburden themselves with a 10 page menu, instead keeping it to a manageable one pager. Consequently, our food came out relatively quickly. It was just as delicious as I had remembered, and my order was actually a dish off their specialty menu, a rotating side piece to their main menu. My only complaint is that they did not offer a lot of the usual cocktails you would see at most restaurants like a Mule or Long Island Iced Tea.
