Hands down best Cinnabon buns, so soft and fluffy yet some crispy sweet edges with some wetness to it haha. Glad they have a few free parking spots beside it in a “parkade” ground level, a bit tight though. Lots of seating. Service can be a hit and miss and it’s not necessarily ... with customers. I find the staff are somewhat occupied taking inventory or whatever the heck they’re doing when they know customers are in line or right at the cashier ready to order. And they always say “I’ll be right there in a second”…. Cmon, where’s the customer service? I have to share the hilarious cream cheese situation. Boyfriend and I ordered a cream cheese bagel each and they came with pyramid-sized spreads on top. Couldn’t eat it all so packed it away. Easily half a containers amount. Cream cheese burger for the win? Bagels were not bad, delicious ... toasted. The chocolate babka was underwhelming and didn’t taste very fresh. I have been ordering take out cinnamon buns from here since I was in highschool. This was the first time I dined in and had their bagels. The food quality to price is comparable to any higher quality bagel place you’d see in the city. Similar to NYC but slightly ... cheaper (currency conversion and all) The person helping me up front seemed new but was he was very courteous and kind in how he took our order. Ordered the Ruben sandwich. Came with a slice of pickle and some kettle chips. Was not overly impressed by the Ruben, it was dry. Liked the atmosphere and the location. Lots ok indoor outdoor seating. Also free parking in the adjacent parkade. Next time will try a bagel.

Was the first one there in the morning and stood there for 3 minutes before anyone even made eye contact with me. Got a cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel which ran $15. Came with a pickle spear and a few kettle chips. The bagel was ok, not the most ... flavourful or best consistency bagel. Smoked salmon was tender. I was on the phone and the staff were going about their business, when I finally asked after waiting 5 minutes longer than I think it should have taken, they told me the bagel was on the other counter. I was the only one there who ordered anything, you’d think they could have slipped the bagel over to me where I stood. Read more
