I dropped by Edible Flours with my daughter and we used a plant based deals coupon to bring home a few of their baked goods to try. They are an entirely vegan bakery and as I'm always on the lookout for good places to get vegan eats, I was eager ... to try out this shop. Featured here: Spinach Artichoke Roll Chewy Coconut Cookie Gluten Free Smores Bar Spinach Artichoke Roll looked and sounded better than it tasted. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to write home about either. Absolutely loved the Chewy Coconut Cookie and Gluten Free Smores Bar! This bakery is amazing! The staff are super friendly and always offer great assistance/suggestions when I'm placing orders with them. They donated some cupcakes to a non-profit I work for and our students loved them! Edible Flours vegan cake is a revelation. As a non-vegan, I was blown away by the flavor and texture. I had asked for half the sweetness. The icing was perfectly balanced, flavorful, fragrant and it just melts in your mouth. The cake itself was moist and soft. Despite asking for ... half the sugar, it didn't compromise on taste. This bakery has set a new standard for vegan desserts, offering a variety (gluten free, sugar free...) so you can have a guilt-free indulgence that will exceed your expectations. The store is very cute, the servers were friendly. The GF treats very average. The cinnamon bun was not very fluffy or gooey cinnamony, more like sugary dense dry. The cookies were not much better.

This is a cute plant based and gluten free cafe with really good drinks and treats! The cinnamon rolls and cookies (especially the ginger molasses ones) are divine. Their mocha is probably my favourite in the city- not cloyingly sweet and very chocolatey. Highly recommend it!
