Overall, the food was great, but the service was lacking (considering we spent $70 bucks on 2 dishes and a coffee). There were 4 servers and the restaurant was barely half-filled, yet we still ran into these issues: - We were long done with reading the menu (we took a while ... to decide too), yet no one came to take our orders until we had to get their attention - They forgot the coffee we ordered until we reminded them. Some small compensation would have been appreciated - After we were done with our food, no one came to take our plates. While we were waiting for them, I noticed some servers were trying to appear busy, like putting new utensils onto the empty tables (even though no one was coming in?), wiping counters, and walking around aimlessly not really doing anything for other customers. Nothing was majorly wrong, but consider the pricing of the food we expected better service. The servers were inattentive and almost creating an unwelcome environment, which is a shame since the we enjoyed the food and decor of the place. Read more
