With all emotions rolled into one, sadness accompanied with immense joy, finally, pies here in Canada that ... are truely worthy of calling a pie!! Bang up job! I’ve tried plenty attempts at a pie here and you are the only one that has hit the spot !! Please don’t leave fresh prep as that’s how I got them here in Victoria! Top bloody job for an Aussie!!!! Great homemade tasting meat pies! Flaky crust and lots of meat in the filling in a luscious gravy. Trifecta and chicken are faves!
