A friend told us this was the best place to eat Ramen and we could not agree more. I'm no Ramen expert but this has been the absolute best I've had and will be the standard for me in the future. Very rich, flavourful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, excellent seasoning. ... With some plates you get extra noodles, that extra amount is as large as the original so one plate is more than enough to be fully satisfied. I'm a guy who eats a lot and one plate had me full and satisfied. My wife couldn't finish hers and my daughter brought home half of hers. They have a happy hour and my Saporo beer was $5.00 Dlls. Great service, clean, welcoming, nice. If you like Ramen you have to visit this place. Read more
Amazing comfort food, service was quick aswell. I ordered the black garlic ramen - 10/10! The flavours were amazing, the chashu pork just melts in your mouth and the noodles were much better than most ramen places I’ve been too. Mini spicy teri don - because it was on sale with purchase ... of a ramen, it was good but a little bland for my pallet. The fried gyoza was also phenomenal. Will definitely be back when I come back to Vancouver to try some more of the menu! Read more
Always a pleasure to go to the Ramen Butcher, it is my number one favourite in town. I came few years ago and regret that I’m not coming enough regularly. I had a delightful experience but today I decided to change. I went for gyoza only. I choose two of them; ... the Truffle Gyoza which is simply one of the best of a kind. Then I also tried the Cheese Gyoza and literally again my word is not even enough concise to describe the generous and flavourful combination of gyoza. They’re like their Ramen, A must to try because of the thin dough and the juicy but crusty skin. IT’s delicious ♥️ I highly recommend ♥️ Read more
Went on a weekday just before noon, and it wasn't busy yet. Nice clean shop, fun decor, good service. We had the Teppan Fried Rice to start. Fun and yummy! It would probably be better if the pro made it, but it was still good. We had the Yokohama and the ... classic. Both were delicious, but the Yokohama Iekei was outstanding. Really deep broth, generous slices of Chashu, nice soft aji-tama. We will return to try the other varieties. Read more
Best ramen in Vancouver! They have vegetarian and vegan options. I found more tasty the coconut based soup- you can order spicy on the side. The staff was super nice and the restaurant has cool vibes. It is possible to order extra noodles - Kedama
