Very cute spot to chill for hours with a bobba and/or bubble waffle. The bobba is good and they offer the duocup which enables to have 2 flavors. The jellies and tapioca have a good consistency. Milk tea and bubble milk from the Bubble Tea Shop is easily the creamiest, richest I have ever tasted. The egg pudding topping for drinks also has a wonderful texture and flavour. They make pretty good bubble waffles as well, from basic to indulgent desserts. However they are pretty hard ... on the wallet - I think the waffle prices are reasonable enough but the drinks are overpriced. Also be aware that this particular location is rather cramped if accessibility is a concern. Read more

Yummy teas! And the tapioca pearls are good too. And they have amazing waffles as well. In love with this spot! I highly recommend it.

Unique bubble tea shop with its own special touch. Ordered some of the special drinks, high prices to reflect the quality. Saw a customer who didn't like she ordered and staff were very patient and let her change it twice.

I really like the amount of variety they offer in their drinks and desserts. You can customize your own or choose from their premade combinations. My personal favorite is the lavender milk tea with egg pudding and the lychee mojito.
