Terrible experience and left the place hungry. At first, I ordered an ikura don and miso soup. The ikura was soggy, shriveled, and unfresh. I sent the dish back and asked to switch to salmon oshi sushi. See image. It has smoked salmon on top, a lemon slice, and in ... the middle is a slice of pickled ginger. I ate 1 piece, tastes horrible, and got the cheque. I told the owner/manager that this was nothing like what I had expected for salmon oshi sushi, the owner asked if I was Japanese, I said no, and they said that this is how they do it in Japan. I ordered a katsu don with house special sauce for pick-up and it was the BEST. I had it after a while since I got it but the katsu was still so crispy and the pork was so juicy and thick. And the house special sauce was sooooo good. Probably ... the best meal I’ve ever had, so worth it. The owner lady is also so sweet and nice. Definitely recommend 100/10!! Read more

For our last meal in Vancouver, we decided to go to h the is restaurant and we took the dinner special for 17-18$ and it was very worth it! We enjoy every bites! Service was fast and the people was super kind. Highly recommended!

The best fresh spicy tuna and house made gyoza. I’m from Toronto and love Vancouver sushi, I try to stop here every time I’m in town for the excellent and well priced sushi. Love their food! All fresh and not bulk made.

We ordered spicy salmon roll, spicy tuna roll, miso soup, and takoyaki. While the miso soup and takoyaki was decent, the spicy salmon and tuna rolls were not so great.
