Salmon was too old. Taste and smell bad. Better check freshness of fish. Disappointed paid way expensive for low quality food.

One of our go to place in the area for sushi. Limited seating but they do a fair amount of take out orders. House roll is usually a winner (fairly large roll and not too much rice). First time trying their tempura Don and it was pretty good. Update: Early Mar 2024 ... for a very generous serving of unagi don, as well as agadashi tofu, chicken teriyaki, and spinach gomae. Horrible, horrible service! The server (middle aged lady) did not even properly greet my partner and I. The food was just about average. We still tipped a decent amount (15%) and could not even get a thank you on the way out (we made sure she heard us say it ... twice but still nothing). Get some people skills, please. Truly pathetic. I was so hungry I didn’t stop to take a picture which is sad because it looked so beautiful in presentation. For a small place the atmosphere was light chat and laughter not distracting at all. The food was fresh the wasabi was spicy and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The ... staff was pleasant and the food arrived very quickly. Altogether a good experience. Read more
