Overall, it is ok. We went there for Hunan dishes but found it not quite authentic.

The food is really mediocre compare to many restaurants that serve authentic Hu Nan's traditional cuisine in GTA. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible. First of all, we waited for almost 3 minutes at the door before someone greeted us. Second of all, the female owner neither prompting us nor putting ... out a sign on windows to notify that they ONLY accept cash under $50. I have nothing against this store policy but at least have the courtesy to tell your customers beforehand. Then I asked the female owner "Why didn't you up a sign out there?" guess how she answered? "For security reason ..." I just didn't get the logistic behind it. If you only accept cash for anything under $50, it means you have a lot of cash ... Last, the owner is very impolite. Will go back there again? Prolly not. I can get better food with exactly the same price elsewhere in Burnaby. Read more
