WOW Riz sushi does it again! 10/10. So fresh and delicious flavors. Blue fin tuna and salmon felt like it was caught this morning. Highly recommend this place. Pricey, but worth it for phenomenal sushi.
Ordered togo. Pretty good value for it's quality. Good proportion of bite size, well seasoned on the sauce, the rice firmness is about right (not too saggy nor dry) . Love the creativity on the flavour combination. Will definitely come to dine in next step to explore other options on the ... menu Read more
Riz is Vancouver’s best hidden secret! We have been loyal fans since their poke days (which we dearly missed). Please bring it back, we still dream of the truffle aioli. I can trust that we will always get the freshest ingredients. Each roll, oishi and don has a twist that make it ... outstanding! Ben is also the nicest guy you will ever meet! It’s also my sisters favourite place. She requested it for her birthday. This was in December and Riz was focused on catering and was not open but upon receiving the request, Ben made us the most delicious set! When we took my parents who was visiting from out of town to dine in. Ben came and chatted with us which made the experience all that much more memorable! You know it will be good when they provide you with REAL wasabi and house blend soy sauce! It’s a must visit! Thank you for all the tasty experiences, Ben! Can’t wait until next time! Read more
It was okay for $3 bowl of poke during grand opening. Was a bit too busy. I couldn't really taste the food. A bit too much sauce for my taste. Cool mural on the wall there. Can't give it an honest review unless their $3 grand opening bowl is exactly ... same as their regular bowl. Read more

I ordered the Garden Roll. It was a bit pricey, but delicious and unique, especially since I've only recently started trying different types of sushi. I liked the packaging; it felt high quality compared to other sushi places. I definitely want to try the Curry one next time. [UPDATE, June 26, ... 2024] This time I ordered the curry dynamite roll. Not complaining about the taste, it was tasty and delicious especially if you like prawn tempura, but the overall freshness wasn't that good at least compared to the previous time, also I wasn't able to pick the sushi pieces with ease using chopsticks. Anyways I enjoyed them and had a nice experience. Still I think the rating is 5/5. Read more
