This restaurant if more likely a westernized. The rice is supposed to be sticky but they gave me the ordinary white rice. The sauce is a lil bit sour. But they have one of the best Miso Soup because they add a sprinkle of spring onions which adds flavour. ... The food is almost okay. The westernized flavour is overpowering the Japanese flavour. The tempura is okay but the flavour is messing and especially the sweet potato. The side dish vegetables in the bottom of the meat where the heat from the hot plate destroys the texture and flavour, it became overcooked. The place is very spacious, lights are good. Visited rather late for dinner and I had no previous experience at this place. I ordered Salmon belly teriyaki don, which took reasonable time to be served to the table. When I saw the amount and quality of the salmon that was put on the rice, I knew that I will ... be coming back. Salmon was so tender and cooked just right, full of juicy meat. It was amazing. Amazing service and we received our sushi in less than 10 minutes. Sushi was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. We will be back again to try other items on their menu.
