New Chongqing Restaurant - Vancouver, British Columbia

I only had delivery with this restaurant for multiple times, I can say this is the most authentic Sichuan cuisine restaurant that you could find in Vancouver. Def worth a try if you like spicy food.

I usually get delivery. Mostly decent but last time I ordered the food was stone cold and tasted like it had been sitting for hours under a heat lamp. This time the food was ok but cold again. I called to let them know and was brushed off and they didn’t care ... at all that I order regularly or that I told them I was just letting them know. Commercial Dr location. Won’t order again. No flavour, tiny portions like really tiny, the place was empty first sign, the food was really bad, you when your eating bad food and something im you gut tells you this is going to turn out bad, yeah that’s the feeling. Ordered a number of dishes and couldn't eat any of them. Worst food I have ever had. Meat was poor quality, sauces tasteless. Service terrible, atmosphere depressing. I would not give this experience one star even. I have eaten at other Chong Qing and assumed they were a chain and ... would have similar quality and recipes. Wrong! Read more
