Minami Restaurant - Vancouver, British Columbia

I arrived in Vancouver and chose this place for lunch. It was just before 12 pm and there were empty seats inside the restaurant. I didn't have a reservation but seated immediately. The atmosphere inside the restaurant seems nice. I ordered Minami zen. I forgot to take a picture of ... the sushi because I took it home. I wasn't what I expected but the staff was a very nice. I have a great love for exploring all the different sushi options available in Vancouver, and Minami has definitely become one of my top choices. During my visit, I decided to try their popular dish called Minami signature sushi, and it completely blew me away with its unique style and ... incredible flavors. Despite not being very hungry, I managed to devour the entire plate by myself because it was just that delicious. What I really appreciate about Minami is the classy ambiance it offers, which is perfect considering its location in Yaletown. After enjoying a satisfying meal, you can take a leisurely stroll down the street and soak in the happiness and entertainment that surrounds you. Been to minami numerous times. Never disappoint. Including this years dine out. Healthy portion, great quality, exceptional service. Came here again for the set dinner menu in the private dining room. The booking system was less than desired - the restaurant was hard to get a hold of, and they required a ... photo of the front and back of credit card, as well as your ID. We went to Minami for lunch. The restaurant is huge, but the service was very personal and attentive. Food and drink came out pretty fast. We had sashimi special and the main lunch special. Both were so good with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend.
