If you like to eat lots of cream, this mango cake is for you. They used a lot of cream as fillers and I don't know what's the purpose of adding a cream ring round the base. Such a waste! I have been getting birthday cakes from this beautiful bakery in West Vancouver. I live in Burnaby, it took me 50 minutes to get there but it is worth it to drive all the way. They make the best birthday cake ever. The cake is so fluffy, soft and creamy. ... Not to mention, the service is amazing. They are super friendly and nice. Very reasonable price for the whole cakes, and the taste of cake is great. The reason why i always return this bakery is great quality of cake and breads and wonderful service. My FAVOURITE chestnut cake in Vancouver!! I ordered ahead at @michelecakeshop_ ‘s official website for a 6inch cake. Everything went smoothly with the online order and pickup process. They will offer u a free message written on a chocolate decoration. The chestnut cake is absolutely better than any other bakery location ... in Vancouver. If you don’t have a big appetite for crazily sweetened dessert, go for it! The cream and chestnut was creamy and smooth. Their cake is not a traditional sponge cake but richer in egg content.
