You guys should improve your customer service if you wanna keep your customers. I ordered Bubble tea and Takoyaki and finishied them within 10min. When the lady served bubble tea and food, she didnt say anything not even a eye contact or smile. It was definitley bad service and attitude. ... So I didnt tip, and the lady yelled at me saying you should give 10%tip. me and my friend were so embarrased and offended so asked her again what she said. She pretends nothing has happened keep saying 'Nothing' Tip culture here is not MANDATORY. If you really wanna get $1.50 for your tip, you gotta be nice to your CUSTOMER who brings you MONEY more than 1 dollar and 50 cents. Read more

This place has such tasty chicken rice meals, but the service is one of the worst I've experienced. The lady at the front never says hello and doesn't even look or say anything to us when we order. Earlier we asked to get the bubble waffle after the meal and ... we were simply ignored even though the restaurant was completely empty and she didn't have anything to do. I don't understand if it's because we're students or what but she seems to be nice to the other customers. Pretty sad as the food here is good. Read more

Friendly staff and nice service. The pho broth was tasty. Ordered couple side dishes as well, met standards and came quickly. Bubble tea was okay, a bit too sweet and not that smooth compared to what you would normally get but still okay quality. Friendly with kids as well. Opened ... on thanksgiving which was nice. Good Asian style food. Large selection of noodles. Easy to park out front. Soft cushion style seating. Nice place for lunch or dinner.
