Service was quick for lunch, but two things surprised me. First, I paid debit and the bill was still rounded up to the nearest nickel. I also did not receive a receipt. A $100 order worth of food went into garbage because it was mostly inedible. We ordered several rolls, including a special $10 roll, and two of the rolls with smoked salmon smelled horribly like plastic and tasted even worse; we each took one piece and had to spit it out. ... Spicy rolls were covered in weird sauce, and Yakisoba was gross and mushy and smelled bad. Gyoza was okay. We called the restaurant afterwards to share our feedback, and they told us we just shouldn't order those rolls next time?! What kind of customer service is that?? Loved it! The place has beautiful decorations and friendly service. Not to mention how clean and reasonably priced it is. Can’t wait to come again with my friends!

Exactly the kind of people that you want to run a restaurant - friendly, personable and take great pride in their work. I ordered about 6 different dishes to-go, I was early so I was able to spend a bit of time looking around.
